We took Troy to his G'pa and G'ma Moser's one last time to feed the cows apples! (One last time meaning the beef are now in the process of being made into burger and steak!) The week that Troy stayed there, when Brock was born, he would put on his jacket and hat each day and go out with my dad, pick up the apples that had fallen from the tree along with some leaves and feed the beef. When Troy came to see us at the hospital, he told us, "Cows...appos...eat...eat...weeves (leaves)...eat...eat" and ever since then keeps talking about the cows and apples at "Papa's" house. I know I just added a post a few days ago so I thought I'd make a scrapblog picture (just click on it to enlarge).
And if you have me figured out, you know how much I love my camera! It's the moments like this next picture that makes the SLR well worth it! (single-lens reflex SLR means when you snap a picture, it instantly captures the picture instead of waiting 1 or 2 seconds to take it). I know two-week-old babies "only" smile from gas, but I managed to catch Brock on camera smiling! And I'm excited that I have a binkie baby! Troy didn't care for binkies and even though he wasn't a fussy baby, I'm glad that Brock prefers one! Also in the binkie pic, notice Brock's slight scowl? This is his serious face that he puts on quite well and quite often >:).JPG)

Jer's been doing night shifts in the ICU so he's gone at night and sleeps during the day. Plus, he's had a cold so he's been avoiding Brock as much as possible. Yesterday I was busy with Troy and Jer took Brock for a few minutes and couldn't believe how big his baby's getting, and so fast!

Speaking of getting big, I'm excited and sad at the same time that my Troy Boy will be TWO on Thursday! Even though we love our parties, I wish my babes would stay babes longer. I appreciate the constant reminders to cherish the time I have to spend with them before they grow up!

Wow! That Brock is a cute boy. He looks so big and alert for only being a couple weeks old. Troy looked like he was having so much fun with feeding the cows. Give Troy and Brock kisses and hugs from their cousins.
Geez, Brock's changing so much! And I don't think he looks as much like Troy as he did at first, still a lot alike, but different (I guess like my girls and like us!)We're all gearing up for the big b-day, especially Eliana! Give the boys luvs for us til then.
It's crazy how fast they seem to grow. Glad everything went somewhat well with the c-section. Hope you are recovering well. Troy and Brock are adorable little boys.
Talk to you soon.
