'Tis the Season!

At our ward Christmas party, the nursery kids all sang "Once There Was A Snowman" and Troy was so cute up there with the other kids! We hyped him up to see Santa so when everyone lined up to sit on Santa's knee, Troy crowded from the back of the line to second on Santa's lap! Don't worry, it didn't put Troy on Santa's naughty list; most everyone was nice and let the excited two-year-old crowd so he could meet Santa :) Then Troy was Santa's helper the rest of the night and handed him the gift bags and even unwrapped a present from under the tree (sigh...) Also, we took Troy and Brock to see the mall Santa where they charge a lot, lot, lot, for a picture. A friend told us if you take your own camera it's free, so we did!

"A few random pictures"
Troy and Brock doing a knuckle bump, don't worry, Troy's soft! This pout face makes us laugh every time he shares it! Falling asleep on the floor; he usually goes for comfort, so this was a first! Showing us his hurt eye. Beans anyone? (his facial expression makes me laugh), and apparently he wanted a banana!

We got together with all of my family last week and made award-winning gingerbread houses (they were difficult). While making them, all three houses decided to cave in at the same time! We used a different technique and a few toothpicks and they turned out... well, they had character! It was really fun and the night was full of sugar, laughs, and delicious hot chocolate! Last night we made it to the traditional Tanner family Christmas party and my fellow blogger/Aunt did an awesome job sharing her CHRISTmas message. Troy always manages to accessorize, this time wearing his cuz Isaac's hat and fishing pole; with a door knob decoration! And you might be wondering why there's two of the same picture; click to enlarge and take a closer look at the one on the left...Jer's Grandma, Aunt Denise, Mom, and Aunt Renae kept pulling faces so it took a lot to get a good picture (I thought you ladies would appreciate this!) P.S. you ladies just let me know if you'd like an emailed copy , of the decent one of course!
We hope everyone has a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Haha I love the pic of the Tanner girls. I enlarged the picture first and scrolled across to see the top pictures then scrolled down so I saw the "normal" picture first, then as I was scrolling back to the left I saw aunt Ranae first and jumped. Lol the picture scared me!! But then I looked at the rest of the pic and got a good laugh!! I wish we could have been at the party!:( Miss you all!

Your gingerbread houses turned out great!

Your ward Christmas party looked like a lot of fun. Ours was kind of lame. I can't get the picture of Lori and her mom and sisters to enlarge. Could you email it to me? Lori said it is hillarious. Hope you all had a great Christmas and talk to ya soon!
