It's Beginning to Look

A Lot Like Christmas! Well, minus the layer of cold white fluff we don't have! We took the boys to the zoo in Tacoma to see everything decked out in Christmas lights. (Sub story: Our car died while I was out and about one day. We had to fix vehichle #1 by replacing the starter, battery, and cable. Just because, we drove to the zoo in vehicle #2 a few days after getting #1 all fixed. After the zoo lights, we got in the car and it didn't start. Jeremy used his handy-dandy jump-starter and we were able to go 1/2 mile before the car died while driving it. We got  to experience our first tow-truck and taxi adventure thanks to our lovely road side assistance insurance. So, while #2 was getting fixed by needing a new battery, cables, and alternator I used #1 to drive Troy to preschool the next day. When I went inside to help him hang his backpack and jacket, some IDIOT hit #1!!! AND JUST LEFT!!! I contacted the building manager to get my fingers on the surveillance tape and was told the sign claiming to have surveillance cameras was only used to scare off vandals. That's called bad luck in 3's.) Off that subject. Here's the zoo lights!!!

So we overdressed. Notice how the boys' hats and gloves disappeared after the first picture? It was so warm that even my nose didn't get cold!

Before we left my boys had to go for a spin on the carousel
We put our Christmas tree up one night and the next morning I found a cute little present underneath it already!
And another!!!
That would be Brock. He's peeking out of his bedroom because he didn't want to go to bed. But he did because he wants to be a good little boy so this guy will visit our house Christmas Eve:
(ummm, Santa, you don't look very happy here.)
Telling Santa that they have been good boys this year at our ward Christmas party (in pj's of course!)

I know it's not funny to you, but your vehicle #1 and #2 story made me laugh. Sorry. That is really really bad luck! Guess you are making sure the mechanic/auto body shops have a little extra Christmas cash.

What a bummer about your vehicles :(. Cute pictures of your little family! I'd send you some snow from Wyoming, but we don't have any here right now either.

Cute picture with Santa! We asked the kids if they wanted to visit Santa at his worship in North Pole and they both declined. Then we saw him at the store and Morgan hid behind Cory. Lucas just waved. Your tree looks nice. I can't wait until we get ours out of storage to put up just in time for Christmas which is happening for us on the 1st. Sorry about your cars - that's really not cool about the hit and run.
