A Pumpkin Here and a Pumpkin There

Troy's Preschool class (and siblings...which only added one extra, our very own BrockStar) had a field trip to a pumpkin patch.
100% in rain boots :)
They loved the "petting zoo" area, I asked them afterwords what animal they liked the best and the noisy, bristly pigs won.

They loved the hay maze... Troy is definitely a leader when it comes to challenges like this.

My little runt... poor Brockers couldn't squeeze in for a picture from the front so I took one from the rear. Sad little lips :(

Picking out the perfect pumpkins! The field trip rule was that the kids had to be able to carry their own pumpkin back to the hay ride. Both boys used every muscle they had to haul back the biggest pumpkins they could handle!

me, "Troy, let me take a picture of you with your pumpkin!"

Troy, "But Mom! Isn't that Eliza on the slide?!? Isn't that Jason eating his lunch?!?"

Always bigger and better things to do than smile for a pic.
The boys put stickers on their pumpkins and helped Jer and I carve the "big" pumpkins.

Spoonfull of guts

Cool pumpkins! Those boys must be really strong to carry those big pumpkins! Happy Halloween!
