pranked em good

The boys woke up to a toilet papered bedroom on April first. Two TP rolls really doesn't go very far!
During the night, their clothes that were set out for the morning were swapped with my prettiest hot pink and fucsia tops
Their cereal and milk were frozen
Cael didn't know what all the hype was about; his cereal was just fine.

When Troy got home from school, I asked him how his lunch was and if he noticed anything special about it. He looked confused and said that he ate it all and didn't notice anything. I pulled off a worried look and told him I snuck a penny in his sandwich and he must have eaten it. That didn't go over too well...after a few minutes of much worry he was relieved to hear the words April Fools.

I knew I would sleep well after getting Jeremy pretty good, too. I played my phone's ring tone and "answered" a phone call "from our new rental agency". After my conversation with them, I relayed the news that the owner of our house would be moving back to Washington in three months and we had to be moved out by the end of June so the owners could live in their house. Jer couldn't believe it! Ohhh I got him good! It's so funny the relief and irritation that comes with hearing, "April Fools!" And it's awesome being the one to say it!!
