Dressed Up

We went to Jeremy's last ROTC Military Ball yesterday and had our picture snapped before we headed out the door (Jeremy loves having to wear his bow tie)! I dusted off my sewing machine which has been snoozing since I made Brock's Blessing outfit and made this dress; it ended up costing less than $10, including the beads for the necklace :)

I really enjoyed the food this year, the band did an awesome job as usual, and we had great company (I'm sure Anna will put up their picture on her blog, right Anna?!!)

We love not having to worry about our boys when we occasionally have an evening to ourselves, thanks again G'pa and G'ma!

I do have to say that you guys were the best company there!! And your dress turned out so cute. I still am mad that you got out of standing in the line at the door. J/K It was good to see you guys.

Very cute dress! I wish we had some Grandparents close by to watch the kids so we could have a night out.
