We've lived in this house for almost 1 1/2 years now and have had the following table and chairs for approximately the same amount of time. From three different inexpensive purchases, this mismatched set of four chairs and table are from our local GoodWill store. My intentions were to give the set a makeover from the beginning. Didn't happen. The makeover itch finally resurfaced and laugh if you want, but I almost used black duct tape for the chair legs and cushions. Don't ask what I was thinking cause I wasn't. A little paint, some fun colored heavy duty vinyl (which my Mom and I may or may not have almost knocked over an entire isle of fabric while handling the five gigantic rolls of vinyl in the shopping cart) for the chair cushions and table top, and a girl that has maybe a little too much fun with the power of a staple gun, this embarrassing corner is now a pleasure to look at. Since we only need the extra chairs when friends are over, Troy has chosen to start off his chair rotation with blue. If you know Brock, you would know it's orange all the way for him.
