Settled in Texas

Moving is not fun. Moving is not fun during a pregnancy. Moving is not fun when we don't have a home to move to or concrete acceptance for the boys to start school. Now that all of that is over and we're settled in to an AMAZING neighborhood and the boys have a fantastic school, I'm a much happier camper.
They boys are outside every chance they have playing with the neighborhood kids. Troy came inside one day just to give me this bouquet of flowers.

Cael is such a boss. We cracked up when we spotted him dressed in his boots and armored with a nerf gun cornering poor Brock

One day when the boys were at school, Jer was upstairs unpacking and I was sitting with Cael watching a movie. I feel asleep long enough for Cael to decide to make himself some eggs. He didn't do half bad cracking them open and he even thew the shells away!

We found a merry-go-round! I was dumb enough to go for a (slow) spin so I could get this picture. I was nauseous all night. Even looking at this picture made me feel sick.

We live in an older house but it feels so good to actually have plenty of windows to let the SUNSHINE in! Cael is such a light sleeper and almost always wakes up in the morning when the boys get ready for school (which starts an hour sooner here:( He has the perfect spot to watch them as the school bus picks them up. I love this bus route; our neighborhood is the only stop this bus makes so the kids go straight to and from school without any other stops! And as a parent, I LOVE that they have assigned seats and the boys get to sit together!
