An Age that I Should Be Able to Remember. 33.

(written Jan. 21, 2017)

In random conversations, I was occasionally asked my age.  My year of being 32 was my breaking point. I honestly hit the point in my life that I didn't know my age. I didn't know that I didn't know my age; but for a while when I was asked, I would tell people that I was 31 because that is how old I thought I was! I can't even remember how I found out I was a year older than I thought, but I know I had a pretty good laugh with myself about it!

I'm learning that with a January birthday, there's a pretty good chance that I, or someone else in my family, will be sick with a cold etc... This was my year to feel like crap on my birthday. Sinus this, sinus that. Texas killed me. I was sick for.e.ver. But I still got up, got dressed, and celebrated because it's what you do on your VIP day.

My boys love parties, and celebrating, and making others feel special.
