Under the Sea in 3rd Grade Spanish

(posted Jan 27, 2018)

I'm going to say it again. I really liked the boy's elementary school! When Troy started school at FSH in the second grade, he had the opportunity to take Spanish class instead of art, drama, and music rotations. He enjoyed the class and chose it again when he went into the third grade. At the end of the school year, the third grade drama/music director put on an "Under the Sea" program and invited the Spanish class to dance to a song, which they ROCKED! Troy was one of the sharks and was also chosen to be one of three to do a short Spanish speaking act at the end of their dance. This kid loved being in the spotlight (though he did not like how hot the lights made him:)
