These boys borrowed six of G & G Moser's chickens to enter into the fair. The boys chose some birds they liked, having no idea how they would be judged, and came out with each bird earning red or blue ribbons! As the judge went around judging, Troy asked a few questions and made mental notes for what to look for for the next year.
Both of Cael's birds and their red ribbons
My favorite part about EISF is the FOOD!
And they boys went on a few rides
Jer and Troy went on the Farris Wheel and the little circle of people waved at them from ground level.
We let the boys go on two or three rides each. Troy really wanted to go on the swings and since rides are more fun with a friend he let his mom go with him. I think I have people fooled into thinking I'm brave but heights still make my palms sweat. I couldn't let go of the bar, Troy had his hands raised and loved the ride.
He had to give the mechanical bull a ride to see if it was as fun as the real thing.
