Christmas fell on a Sunday this year and I was really looking forward to going to church to listen to the Christmas program. A snow storm with attitude came through Christmas Even and morning and church was cancelled (for legit reasons, not like WA canceling school for a skiff of snow). So, we stayed home and ripped into our presents!
We let Crew sleep in as long as he wanted. He was still mildly grumpy when he woke up. He takes after his mom, mornings are not our thing. He and Cael got these singing Christmas tree treats in their stocking and Crew fell in love with them. It was all we could do to get him to put them down to open other gifts!
Seeing Cael without his glasses tells a lot. He was so excited for Christmas presents, he couldn't care less about taking a few seconds to put his glasses on (which he would religiously do)!
The homemade gift. Brock went through a stretch where he was having bad dreams so I taught him how to make dream catchers. He made a handful with used popsicle sticks and got pretty good at it! I jumped on the inter webs and learned how to make a big one. I don't mind a fun project once in a while.
Merry Christmas ya'll!
