I love the feelings that comes with fall. The beautiful trees and their colorful leaves, pumpkin cookies, Halloween planning, pumpkin patches, Brock's birthday, gearing up for yummy Thanksgiving food (and FAMILY this year!!)
Brock's preK had their first field trip to yet another pumpkin patch, one that we've been to as a family but our third different pumpkin patch field trip. Troy didn't have school so he, Cael, and I accompanied Brock, on his first bus ride, to Lattins. Apple Cider drinking, donut eating, animal feeding, wagon riding, pumpkin picking (or for Cael pumpkin chucking) fun day.
Our once free evenings are no longer that now that Troy has full school days on top of Jer working long shifts. Weekdays are usually uneventful; homework, dinner, bath, and bed. Troy had a half day of school and Jer had a day off last week so we followed through with our family tradition of visiting a pumpkin patch.

Last year at 5 months old, Cael had just learned to sit and I took a pic of him in this spot. Now at almost 17 months he's such a busy, busy bodied toddler. so cute. >last year<

Brock was stumped and couldn't find his way out of the straw maze. Troy had just found his way out and hollered down, "Stay there Brock! I'm coming to get you!" Brock listened and stayed put.

I'm totally up for shoving these dudes in a wagon like this in 10 years for a pumpkin patch pic. I'll have them wear the same hats, too :)
