After watching his big brothers get their temporary hearts drawn on their arms, Cael was excited to be like them. Unfortunately he couldn't handle how much the eyeliner pencil tickled against his bare skin.
one word: Photoshop.
Then a few weeks later he proved to me that he can handle being drawn on, as long as he's in control of the marker:
Just a little mess. Plus the markers weren't permanent. And it didn't get on anything else.
